How the challenge works

Structure that fits into real life

Every week from April 1 through May 31, you’ll know exactly what to do: which workouts to hit, how to adjust your nutrition, and how to measure progress so you stay motivated.

Time commitment: ~3–4 hours per week, including workouts, planning, and check-ins.

Step 1 — Reserve your spot

Choose your plan, complete your registration, and you’ll immediately receive your welcome email with your step=by-step guide!

Step 2 — Prep week (March 25–31, 2026)

We’ll help you set baselines, map out your schedule, and define your personal goals before the challenge officially kicks off.

Step 3 — Train, track, and win (April 1 – May 31)

Follow the weekly workouts, check your progress on the InBody machine, and log your meals! Hit consistency milestones to unlock prizes and recognition at the end-of-challenge celebration.

The Summer Fitness Challenge runs from April 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026. Each phase builds on the last so you stay engaged and see steady progress.

I’m a beginner. Will I be able to keep up?

Yes. Every workout includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced variations. You’ll choose the right starting point with your coach during prep week, and we’ll show you how to scale up or down based on how you feel.

What equipment do I need?

If you are attending a workout class @ Fit Avenue we have everything you need! On your alternate days, without access to the gym, we can provide you with a total body workout, no equipment needed!

What if I have a busy schedule or travel?

The program is designed for real life. Workouts are 45 minutes! If you are traveling and unable to make it to a workout class, we can provide you with a total body workout, no equipment needed!

How is this different from a regular workout plan?

You’re not just downloading a PDF and hoping for the best. You’ll get a structured 8-week curriculum, live support, progress tracking, and a community moving alongside you—plus accountability from experienced coaches.

When does the challenge start and end?

Prep week runs March 25–31, 2026 so you can get set up. The official challenge runs from April 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026, with live calls and weekly programming throughout.

What if I can’t make the workout classes?
